The process of retrieving records or other materials from varied providers through a written authorization or subpoena request.

Reporters Ink handles the complete process of obtaining, photocopying and delivering records. To gain access to the records, we utilize a written client authorization or, if permitted by law, a court subpoena. Reporters Ink will issue your request, advance any fees (with written authorization), and obtain a certified copy of the materials you requested. Here’s how it works:

• Submit your requests to us

You can do this via mail, email, fax, phone or through our convenient contact page. The choice is yours.

• Reporters Ink Issues your requests to the providers via:

• Subpoena Request - We will prepare the subpoena and notify all interested counsel; contact the provider of records and serve the subpoena.

• Materials are obtained

Our Quality Control department checks the materials and provides you with our Quality Guarantee to ensure completeness and accuracy.
